I run a nonprofit arts center and am surrounded by artists and pretty things. I took up jewelry wire wrapping to make something of a yellow cushion cut yellow quarts I've had for over 40 years. My new hobby led me to metal smithing and I am in love. The spare bedroom is now my studio with a soldering station in the garage. The Lucy Walker Academy is a splurge for my, but at my age I deserve it.
